How To Reserve Space

Any eligible individual or group may inquire about space availability by contacting the Knowles Conference Center by phone, email or in person. All persons requesting conference, meeting or event space must complete the Event Request Form to secure their booking. Completed request forms emailed or faxed to the Knowles Conference Center Office. Once your request has been received, it will be acknowledged by email or phone within two business days.

  • Note: Conference and event space will not be held or ‘penciled-in’ for any group or organization. A completed Event Request Form is required for all events and should only be submitted with the intention to reserve the space in full.

You may be required to complete additional forms or agreements to secure the venue for your event. Completion of subsequent agreements or forms is the sole responsibility of the group, organization or individual hosting the event. Failure to complete any necessary agreements, forms or documents prior to the day of event will void any event space reservation.
